Chris Albright founded DBS in 1998 after a 16 year janitorial career in the Washington DC area. His experience ranges from commercial property management to becoming a Partner and Executive Operations Manager with Service Management, USA. Chris attributes his success to “sitting in the customer’s seat” and understanding the needs of the facility managers and building maintenance engineers. This experience has given him a deepened respect for what is expected from a service partner. Chris' values have been imprinted throughout the DBS brand from the very beginning. His unwavering commitment to DBS's customers and employees has been reflected by the exponential growth the company has experienced under his leadership. Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering Technologies from Pennsylvania State University.
Craig Hershel joined his brother Chris in September of 2000. Craig has seen the company from its infant years to the premiere service management company that DBS has become today. As the vital heartbeat of DBS, Craig is responsible for the day-to-day successes of the company. His grasp and skill on customer service, quality control and people management are second to none. Craig has a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration and Minor in Business Management from Mount Aloysius College in Pennsylvania.
Dave Hershel has been a vital part of DBS since 2014. Dave came to join his brothers Chris & Craig in the family business after enjoying a successful 18-year career in the Logistics and Transportation Industry. The growth of DBS can be attributed to Dave’s always forward-looking approach to business with any opportunities that are presented. His understanding of how DBS’s janitorial company could mesh its talents into the hospitality market provided the groundwork to facilitate what DBS has become today. Dave serves as Vice President for DBS Staffing Services and manages a portfolio of buildings for DBS, Inc. Dave has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management & Economics from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Ryan Settle joined the DBS family in December of 2000. Since joining the company, Ryan has excelled in understanding the science of being an operations manager in the Janitorial Industry. Ryan’s knowledge of floor and carpet care is just part of what makes DBS different than any of its competitors. Ryan also had the vision to incorporate DBS skilled employees into the needs of the Hospitality Industry. Under Ryan’s leadership, DBS’s hospitality division has grown exponentially, to now servicing over 60 hotels.
