CUSTOMER SERVICE POSITIONS

 We are looking for highly organized candidates with excellent people skills for the position of a guest service representative. Guest service representatives are responsible for providing front desk services to guests, undertaking various administrative duties, and diffusing conflict or tension in hotels, among other duties.

The best guest service representatives will have tremendous patience when dealing with guests and accommodate their every need with enthusiasm and poise.

This position includes checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations during the overnight shift. Preparing for the next morning’s attendant to arrive. Functioning as a nighttime resource for clients in case of emergencies.

 A Public Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas in a variety of settings, such as hotels, office buildings, and schools. This job requires a variety of skills, including customer service, cleaning, and time management. 

  Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests with luggage and groceries. Providing special assistance such as room deliveries. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of assign work areas including lobby lounge area and lobby restrooms as needed.

 A hotel maintenance worker is responsible for inspecting the hotel regularly to ensure it meets safety standards. They also perform routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities. They organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests. Repairing minor problems within the hotel.

The roles and responsibilities of an executive housekeeper are to manage and maintain cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of a hotel or establishment. They supervise a team of housekeepers and ensure that guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are always clean and well-maintained.
