Are you an experienced Server with outstanding customer service?
Banquet Server responsibilities include carrying a large food tray with up to 8 plates, using a tray stand, following the proper dress code (varies per location), understanding the kitchen and banquet areas, following direction from the location managers, and set up/clean up venue.
Server Assistants/Bussers help to keep the restaurant operating smoothly by delivering meals to tables, picking up dirty dishes, bussing tables, setting tables, wrapping silverware, and helping with any additional requests.
Looking for bartenders with FULL BAR EXPERIENCE. Must be able to set up and break down your own bar. Job includes stocking ice, cups/glasses, liquor, beer, wine, cutting fruit, etc. Must have the correct uniform, per location, and have your own bartending tools.
Stewards (Dishwashers) will be in the kitchen washing dishes and taking care of any other requests that the Chef may have such as mopping floor, taking out trash, wiping down kitchen counters, putting away plates, glasses and silverware, etc.
Experienced Prep and Line Cooks will assist the Chefs with a variety of requests, depending on the restaurant location. Examples of prep-cook responsibilities are cutting vegetables, making salads, battering seafood and meats, making salad dressings, using deep fryer, etc. Prep-Cooks must have prior experience. A chef jacket is a plus and may be required at certain locations.
Men and women bathroom attendants keep the bathrooms clean and supplies stocked during large events. May include taking out trash, mopping floor, cleaning mirrors, etc.
A Line Cook must have prior experience using a grill, oven, and deep fryers. Will receive direction and menu information from the Chef on duty. Duties will vary due to venue location.
Must be able to follow the direction of a Banquet Manager at the event location and be able to lift at least 40lbs. May be asked to set up tables, chairs, decorations, steam linens, wipe down & set tables, clean/vacuum area, etc. This is a very physical shift and they depend on people to stay throughout the entire shift or until the event is completely set up. Be prepared to work up a sweat!
You will be responsible for serving people at concession stands. This may include serving drinks, ice cream, popcorn, hot dogs, and other foods depending on the location.
Responsibilities will depend on the location of the shift but usually entails the following outsude responsibilities: Picking up loose trash, emptying trashcans, washing down tables, patroling the area, moving outside furniture, setting up event area, etc.
Responsibilities will vary based on event but may consist of helping people find their seats, taking tickets, patrolling areas, helping people park, cleaning up spills, using a hand held radio, etc.
